UPロード機能の不具合における原因について次に申し上げます。
いくつかシステム改修を掛けている中で動作不具合が出てしまって、
UPロードの調子が悪くなってしまいました。
その影響のひとつとして、データ件数が大きい場合、
一度にスムーズに入らなくなってしまっている状況も見受けられます。
原因に対する解決策ですが、次に3点ございます。
1点目は、システムが安定稼働するまで、一旦、我々の方でUPロードをさせて頂きます。
I will explain the cause that was made as a result of the defect
in uploading then. As there was a defect in the performance while I was
fixing some systems, I cannot upload well.
As one of the influences, when the volume of the data is large,
I cannot input smoothly.
We have 3 ways to solve it.
1st is that we upload until the system works stably.
I would explain the cause of upload failure.
Because of the system renovation, there is a malfuntion and the upload condition become worse.
As one of its effects, in case of a lot of data, the situation that the data input is not smooth at a time occurs.
Regarding the solution of this cause, there are three options.
First of all, we can upload for you until the system is stable.
While system repairing has been done, it lead to the faulty operation. And, it caused errors in upload functions.
One of the possible reasons could be the size of the data. When the size of the data is too large, it may cause you difficulty in uploading it smoothly.
As for solutions, there are 3 things we would like to address.
First, until the system starts to operate at steady state, we will upload data for you.
2点目は、ITエンジニアを雇いまして、より早期の解決とレスポンスを図ります。
3点目は、現状のWEBベンダーを変更します。
これらにより、より良いシステムにすべく改善して参ります。
また商品についてですが、
確かにご指摘の通り、一部高額な賞品もございます。
質のよい材料を使い、ハンドメイドで作成しております。
また輸入における、輸送料並びに関税の関係で、どうしても高額になってしまう部分もございます。
