至急、Royal Mailで発送して下さい。
オーダー時にRoyal Mailでの発送を依頼して追加料金を払っておりますので。

Hello.
Did you receive the product returned by DHL?
I checked the tracking and it said that it was delivered on February 24th (Tuesday.)
Please send it by Royal Mail as soon as possible.
I have already paid an additional fee when I placed my order and requested for it to be sent by Royal Mail.
This order is very late with regard to the originally expected delivery late, and I am finding myself in trouble since the time limit for the payment is coming up, but I haven't received the product yet.
Would you be willing to offer me a discount for this transaction?

As I confirmed the tracking status, it said the item has arrived on Tuesday, 24 February.
Please ship via Royal Mail ASAP, because I have requested to ship via Royal Mail at the time of order placement and settled with the additional fee payment.
Due to the major delay in lead time, this item is out of stock at my end. And I am in trouble as its payment due for this order is approaching.
Regarding this transaction, would you please offer some discount?
