Enter the charging person and checker's names so that anybody can tell who filled them out (person in charge is the one who filled it out, and checker is who conducted the investigation)

AA99's G plate is attached = it is already added to the actual count = replace the subsequent AA99 as the main section.
The plate attached by a supplier is the purchased quantity but not the box's quantity since one plate is purchased per delivery date.
Be sure to calculate the receiving quantity * box quantity + fractions
