I intended to ship out your parcel but it seemed that I could not forward it from Japan because it exceeded the size limit.
After doing some research, I found out that if I engaged another company, I could ship your parcel to you.
However, as the fishing rod necessitated a unique shipping method, a fee of about $420 would be charged,
I attached a detailed statement in this email.
I am sorry to have to impose on you but could you consider paying this extra fee?
This product is no longer sold in Japan, so it is difficult for people to get their hands on it.
So, if it is possible, I would like you to be able to own this product.
Hence, I seek your kind understanding and cooperation on this matter.

We were about to send your package, but since the package has exceeded the allowable size so we were not able to ship it from Japan. Upon checking, we were able to find another company that can do so. However, the shipping charge would cost $420 due to the unique shipping method of fishing rods. I have attached the details in this email. Sorry about this, but can you kindly pay for the additional shipping charge? This product is no longer sold in Japan and it will be impossible to obtain so we want you to be able to get this one. We ask for your cooperation and understanding.
