With regard to this item, we are not able to confirm the contents since it is purchased and sold as brand new.
Therefore, item's trouble would be attributed to the manufacturer, wholesaler, or forwarding agent.

This product has been purchases and delivered to this store as a new product so we were not able to confirm the contents.
With this, we can assume that the responsibility for issues with the product to be either with the manufacturer, the wholesaler or during the delivery.

About this product, we can't check the contents of a box since we get in and deliver products as a brand-new.
Therefore, if any trouble happens, the responsibility will be on a maker or a wholesale or a delivery.
