My name is X, and I manage a musical instrument store in Japan.
I plan to attend the N show next year.
We are not an instrument manufacturer, so we do not plan to set up a booth. Our purpose is to talk business.
We would like to take a look at ones from the US and around the world and find ones that appeal to Japan’s market.
The other day we obtained an account here.
Three of us will come from Japan.
We need to buy batches. Please tell me how to register and how to proceed.
Please tell me what to do next.
Thank you.

I am working at a shop that sells musical instruments in Japan.
I have plans to go to N shop next year.
We are neither a manufacturer of musical instruments nor a store that manages booths; we would like to have a business discussion.
Seeing the products from America and the world over, we think they have the potential to bring in a lot of business if we carry out marketing in Japan.
I am thinking of finding suitable instruments.
The other day, I set up an account here.
Other than me, another three of my co-workers will be coming with me from Japan.
I think it's necessary for us to buy badges. However, in regards to the administrative work, how and where should we carry out the procedures.
I would appreciate it if you could give me some advice.

I think we need to buy a batch but I do not know where and how to register.

"N shop" should be "N show"
Thank you!
