私たちの数値の低迷は一時的なものであり、問題は解決しております。
季節的な注文の増加により、不備があったことは確かですが、担当者の教育とシステムの強化により解決しております。またアカウントの状態を示す数値にかんしては、「ODR」の数値が短期で見ると2.01%、長期で見ると1.36％です。こちらに関しては、下記の商品を４SKUトータルで1200個入庫し、数値を下げたいと思います。

We would like to report the results of the investigations and responses regarding the decrease in the numbers.
Our lowering numbers are temporary in nature and the problem has been resolved.
It is true that there was a problem due to the seasonal increase in orders but it has been resolved through training of the employees in charge and the strengthened system. Moreover, the "ODR" numbers are 2.01% for the short-term and 1.36% for the long-term. Regarding this issue, we plan to lower the number by stocking 1200 pieces of the products below by 4SKU total.
