As for the item,it has was shipped out on October 10 and is scheduled to arrive via USA by air.But it seems that Japan Post can not grasp the situation after that. Japan Post says they will request an investigation and investigate the detail. We are sorry for the inconvenience, but we appreciate your patience. Thank you.

The product was shipped on October 10th of Japanese time It will be delivered to you via the US by airmail, but the Japan Post cannot track the item at the moment. The product has left Japan on 10/10, Japan time, and it was sent via airmail to the United States, but the Japan Post Office cannot asses the situation after it arrived there. But Japan Post says they don't know where the item is now, either.
