商品ですが、日本時間で10/10に日本を出ており、航空便でアメリカ経由で到着予定ですが、日本郵便でもその後の状況がつかめないようです。郵便局より調査請求をだし、詳しく調べますのでお忙しいところ恐縮ですがしばらくお待ちくださいませ。よろしくお願いいたします。

But Japan Post says they don't know where the item is now, either.
Japan Post will claim for searching and investigate thedetails.
