商品ですが、日本時間で10/10に日本を出ており、航空便でアメリカ経由で到着予定ですが、日本郵便でもその後の状況がつかめないようです。郵便局より調査請求をだし、詳しく調べますのでお忙しいところ恐縮ですがしばらくお待ちくださいませ。よろしくお願いいたします。

As for the item,it has was shipped out on October 10 and is scheduled to arrive via USA by air.But it seems that Japan Post can not grasp the situation after that. Japan Post says they will request an investigation and investigate the detail. We are sorry for the inconvenience, but we appreciate your patience. Thank you.
