I informed on Friday to return OUTBOX parcel to INBOX.
Person in charge was A.
However, it has not been returned yet. I received no reply by email.
Why do your company handle things so loose?
I've been kept waiting for over 10 days since I gave shipping instruction.
I'm in contact with the seller now regarding the item with issues.
I want to send out the rest of parcels excluding it.
Every time you say you'll take care of it and make me wait for days.
Please urgently solve this now. I can no longer wait.
Do care when you keep someone waiting over 10 days.
