Your item was once delivered to you, but it was brought back during your absence. It is now returned to Japan because it has passed the safekeeping period (I too, have not received it as of yet).
So, please select either of the following options:
1. Re-ship your item with a $28 reshipping fee.
(I tried to negotiate with Japan Post to discount for the reshipping fee, but it was rejected)
2. Issue you a $59 refund for the item price.

It might be hard to understand as it is not updated on the Italian website, please refer to the Japan Post website for details.

I have inquired to the Japan Post.
According to them, your local post office attempted to deliver the package, but they retained it because the recipient was absent. After then, the package was returned to Japan upon the expiration of the retention period.
(However, I have not received it yet.)
In view of this, please choose one of following options;
1. Re-ship the package, but you are responsible for the shipping fee at $28.00 again.
(I request the discount to the Japan Post since it is re-shipping, but they refuse to do so.)
2. Issuance of a refund for the item price at $59.00.

It is not clear to see the shipping status at Italian website because it was not updated.
So, I would refer you to the website of the Japan Post.

I contacted the post office in Japan.
The goods were delivered once, but as no one was there to collect they were returned,
the holding period expired, and they were returned to Japan.
(They are not as yet in my hands)
Therefore please choose from the following:

1) Re-send. In this case, it will cost $28 postage.
( I asked for a re-postage discount from the post office, but they refused it )

2) Refund the goods cost of $59

The Italian site has not been updated and is hard to understand, so please

I called Japanese post office.
The item was delivered once, but you're out of home.
After that, the item was send back to Japan since redeliver period was out.
(be not in my hand now)

So, let me know about your choice following processes,
1. Redeliver
In this case, USD28 will be charged for deliver cost.
(I called post office to discount this cost, but rejected)

2 Send USD59 back you as product cost.

Although It is not easy to understand, please refer to the home page of Japanese post office, because Italian one isn't renewal.
