カートリッジインクのステンレスボールが外れていないのかもしれません。パッケージ裏の図を御覧ください（添付画像）。
カートリッジインクを差し込むときは、ゆっくりと右に回しながら先端のステンレスボールがインク内に落ちるまで深く差し込んで自然な浸透で書き出せる（穂先が黒くなる）まで約5分程度お待ちください。
もし、インクが浸透しない場合は、ご連絡ください。代わりの商品をお届けするか、全額ご返金しますので、どちらかあなたのご希望をお伝えください。

I am responding to your inquiry.
It might be because the stainless ball of the cartridge has not been removed. Please kindly look at the drawing at the package back (attached photo).
When inserting the cartridge, slowly turn it to the right while the stainless ball drops into the ink and please wait for about 5 minutes upon inserting it deeply which will make it write with natural penetration (pike will turn black).
If the ink does not penetrate, please kindly contact us. We will either deliver a replacement or issue a refund so please let us know which option you prefer.

It is possible that the cartridge ball has not fallen out. Please refer tot he diagram on the outside of the package (photo attached).
When you insert the ink cartridge, you must slowly turn it to the right until the stainless steel ball drops inside the cartridge which will then fill the tip with ink naturally (tip becomes black) this will take approx 5 minutes.
If the ink does not soak into the tip, please contact me. I will send you a replacement item or refund you your money, whichever is your desire.
