7/7のメールでCIC14-3は7/18に入荷するとご連絡頂きましたが、B2bではまだオーダー出来ませんでした。いったいいつ入荷するのですか？私共もお客様からクレームがきて困っています。正確な入荷日を教えて下さい。また、入荷日が変更する場合は必ず連絡下さい。

I received your contact about the arrival of the CIC14-3 on the 18th July in the mail of 7th July, but I still can not order it on B2b. When will it be in stock? When will you get them? We are also having troubles receiving claims from our customers. Please let us know correct date for the item to be supplied to you. Please make sure to notify us when the supply date will be differed.
