7/7のメールでCIC14-3は7/18に入荷するとご連絡頂きましたが、B2bではまだオーダー出来ませんでした。いったいいつ入荷するのですか？私共もお客様からクレームがきて困っています。正確な入荷日を教えて下さい。また、入荷日が変更する場合は必ず連絡下さい。

確認ですが、CSH18-6は本当に8/4に入荷しますか？
お客様が待っていますので、入荷日厳守でお願いします。

もう一点確認ですが、7/15と7/24オーダー分はもう送っていただけましたか？

I received your contact about the arrival of the CIC14-3 on the 18th July in the mail of 7th July, but I still can not order it on B2b. When will it be in stock? Claims are coming from our customers and it is causing trouble. Please cold you provide an accurate arrival date. Also, If there is any change to this date please notify us.

I would like confirmation, is the CSH18-6 going to arrive on the 4th Aug?
I have customers waiting, please confirm the arrival for me please.

One other thing I would like to confirm, have you sent the orders of the 15th and 25th of July as yet?
