このサックスは壊れています。私は非常にがっかりしています、
左手キーの一部は酷く曲がっていますし、キーアクションはめちゃくちゃでトーンホールを塞げない状態です。
ベルは何かにぶつけてような痕があり、完全に曲がって酷く変形しています。

This saxophone is broken. I am extremely disappointed.
Part of the left hand key is bent badly and key action is too terrible to fill tone hole.
There's a mark on the bell which seemed be bumed to something.
It is bent completely and disfigured.

このサックスは、あなたが記述したような「エクセレント」いえる品ではありません！
現状ではとても使えるような楽器ではありませんし、非常に大幅な修理が必要です。
（たとえ修理しても完全に使えるような状態になるか解らないぐらい酷いですよ）
あなたは壊れているとは記述していませんでしたし、写真でも壊れてるのがわからないような写真を掲載していました。わたしは、送料を含めた全額返金を強く要求します!

This saxophone is way far away from being "excellent" as you described!
It is certainly impossible to use this instrument as it is now, and it needs a quite serious repairing. (Even if I have it repaired, it is so terrible that I am afraid if I can ever use it in a normal way. )
You didn't mention that it's defective at all, and you put pictures that didn't show defects so that we can't tell it's broken. I strongly demand the full refund including all the shipping fees and everything!

This saxophone is far from "Excellent" product as you metioned!
At the moment, this not useable as an instrument at all and it needs a lot of repair.
(Even with the repair, I don't if this is going to be usable. This is that bad.)
You did not mentioned anything about these fault and you showed the pictures so that those faults won't be seeen. I claim a full refund including shipping cost!

This isn't a excellent item at all.
you can not play this without a lot of repairing work. I am not even sure if repairing would work at all. you never described that it is broken nor showed a photo it says so. Therefore I demand all my money including shipping fee back with no concession.
