1. We understand that you are not able to send us two original copies of the insurance certificate. Kindly explain why. Generally there should be two original ones to be sent.
2. How soon would you be able to submit the B/L to the Vietnamese bank after shipment?

Let me straight to the point, we have received two inquiries from Japanese bank for opening L/C: 1) we have heard that you would not be able to send us two original copies of the insurance certificate, but would you tell me reason for that? Because, in ordinary cases, two original copies will be sent to us, 2) how long will you take to submit B/L to the bank in Vietnam after loading the cargoes to ship?
