この度、初めての商品売買のお取引にあたり、いろいろとご協力をいただきまして、誠に有難うございます。私はNUREXの佐藤と申します。早速ですが、L/Cを開設するにあたり、日本の銀行から2点ご質問がございます。①保険証書のオリジナルが2通お送りできないことをお聞きしています。その意図を教えてもらえませんか?通常は2通送られてくる様です。②B/Lは船積みしてから、どのくらいでベトナムの銀行に提出していただけますでしょうか?ご返信いただけますでしょうか?

Let me straight to the point, we have received two inquiries from Japanese bank for opening L/C: 1) we have heard that you would not be able to send us two original copies of the insurance certificate, but would you tell me reason for that? Because, in ordinary cases, two original copies will be sent to us, 2) how long will you take to submit B/L to the bank in Vietnam after loading the cargoes to ship? Would you please send us your replies?
