クレジットカードの情報に不一致(discrepancy)があり、注文がキャンセルされたとのことですが、具体的に何が不一致なのか、教えていただけませんでしょうか?
日本で発行したカードなので、元が日本語である名前か住所に微妙な違いがあるかもしれません。
ただし、注文に使用したクレジットカードは普段使用しているものであり、1週間前にも同じカードで御社から購入しているので、基本低には問題ないと考えています。

Since the credit card was issued in Japan, you might find a slight discrepancies in terms of the name and address originated in Japanese.
However, the credit card I used for this order is the one I use on a daily basis. And since I settled a payment with the same credit card to place an order with you, I don't believe it would be an issue.

It is, however, that the credit card itself should have no problem because I used the same card to purchase from you a week ago, and am regularly using this card without any problem.
