As I am not good at phone call, I am writing instead.
You mentioned that the order has been cancelled due to the discrepancy of credit card information. Please kindly let me know what exactly was not in accordance with my credit card. Since the card is issue in Japan, it should be very small mistake of writing of names or address which was originally written in Japanese. It is, however, that the credit card itself should have no problem because I used the same card to purchase from you a week ago, and am regularly using this card without any problem.
