色々、今でもEMSと手を尽くしていますが
調査請求などもしましたが、スペインの関税局に入ってしまったら
バイヤー様で行動を起こして頂かないと当方ではどうしようもありません。

こちらでは継続して行動しています。

しかし、ケースをあげられこちらに非があるようになっております。
paypal.ebayにもその旨は伝えてあります。

しかし、あなたは全てこちらに任せて関税局に働きかけもくれません。

We can't do anything with customs in your country.
It is clearly stated in the description under the product pag.

We are trying our best to solve this problem.
We also requested for investigation, but if the product went into the Spanish customs, you have to take some action because we can't do anything in that case.

We will keep doing our best.

But you bought up a case and it sounds like it's our fault.
We told this problem to paypal and ebay.

But you just leave everything to us and do not even try to contact customs.

We are unable to do anything in regards with your customs office. That fact is even written on the product page.

We have tried everything possible to resolve this situation with EMS, and we have even formally demanded an investigation into the situation, but once a package is held in custody by the Spanish customs office, the buyer must take action on his or her end because we are powerless to do anything.

We will continue to do our part on our end.

However, it appears that a case is being made that we are at fault for this issue. Paypal/eBay has also received words to that effect.

However, you are having us deal with every aspect of this situation without going to the customs office yourself and requesting action from them.

We have no control on what happens on the customs office in Spain. It is clearly described on the item webpage.

We are still working on this issue together with EMS and trying to do something. We also made an inquiry, however, once the item is reached Spanish customs office, we have no way to solve the issue unless you act on this.

We have been trying to resolve it.

However, what you explain sounds like it's our fault. We let Paypal and eBay know this issue, but you leave everything on our side and made no action to the customs office.

I cannot do anything about their customs offices.
I explicitly wrote this on the page of the item.

I'm trying various tactics with the EMS, and I made a claim to investigate, once we are dealing with Spain's customs authorities, it needs to go into the hands of the buyer. I cannot do anything.

I am still taking action from here.

In regards to the customs department, I can not do what I am suppose.
The item page is thoroughly recorded.

I've tried all possible means with EMS but the claims request didn't go through. The buyer's behavior caused the item to not be received and there was nothing we could do on our part.

With this, the actions are continuing.

However, the case was opened and it seems that there was a mistake.
It has even been reported.

However, you have left it to this and can't pressure the customs bureau.
