そちらの関税局についてはこちらではどうする事も出来ません。
商品ページにもしっかり記載してあります。

色々、今でもEMSと手を尽くしていますが
調査請求などもしましたが、スペインの関税局に入ってしまったら
バイヤー様で行動を起こして頂かないと当方ではどうしようもありません。

こちらでは継続して行動しています。

しかし、ケースをあげられこちらに非があるようになっております。
paypal.ebayにもその旨は伝えてあります。

しかし、あなたは全てこちらに任せて関税局に働きかけもくれません。
