先日お客様より新品ではない開封済の商品が届いたと連絡がありました。
当社では新品で未開封の商品以外を納品したことがありません。
おそらくFBA販売をして返品された商品がダメージを受けたにもかかわらず新品として再入庫したことが原因ではないかと思います。
そこで、お客様の満足度を再優先するために特定のカテゴリーについては、返品時に開封されていた場合には再度販売をしないことは可能ですか?

Please advise the items in the specific categories that belong to those items for FBA sale.
One of our customers notified us the receipt of an item that had been opened and used.
We have never shipped a single item unless otherwise new and unopened.
We assume that cause of this issue is due to the damaged and returned item through FBA sales was re-stocked as new.
Hence therefore, we were wondering if it would be possible to restrict certain categories from resale in the cases of open items when it is returned?

We have to talk with you about a certain category of products for the FBA sale.
One of customers contacted us yesterday saying that the product was not brand but already opened.
We have only been selling products with brand new, unopened products.
We think that it's a product that was damaged and returned after FBA sale and came back to stock again.

I have a inquiry about the item that is categorized especially among FBA sales items.
The other day I have an message from the customer saying item arrived was opened and was not new.
We have never shipped out items that has opened once, we suppose it was due to the fact that FBA sales item with some damage was returned to the warehouse as it was new item.
After this incidents happened, I am wondering if it is possible not to resell certain category items that had been opened once when returned for the sake of customer satisfaction.

This is a discussion about how FBA regulates on a product under a particular category which FBA sales.
A few days ago we received a contact complaining that they had opened a new item but found out the goods to be refurbished one.
Our company had never delivered any opened goods. The reason to have this happen probably they had delivered returned goods which were found to be damaged.
Therefore, in considering our clients' satisfaction, we wonder if it is possible not to sell the returned goods again for a particular category?

I would like to ask about a specific category items sold by FBA.
Some days ago, a customer informed us that he/she received an opened product isn't new.
We have only send a new-unopened product.
It was caused, we think, of restocking the same product which had been returned under opened.
