先日お客様より新品ではない開封済の商品が届いたと連絡がありました。
当社では新品で未開封の商品以外を納品したことがありません。
おそらくFBA販売をして返品された商品がダメージを受けたにもかかわらず新品として再入庫したことが原因ではないかと思います。
そこで、お客様の満足度を再優先するために特定のカテゴリーについては、返品時に開封されていた場合には再度販売をしないことは可能ですか？

One of customers contacted us yesterday saying that the product was not brand but already opened.
We have only been selling products with brand new, unopened products.
We think that it's a product that was damaged and returned after FBA sale and came back to stock again.
Is it possible not to resell returned and opened products within certain categories to maintain our customer satisfaction?
