ご連絡ありがとうございます。再度確認しました。ボリュームノブを最大にしてスピーカーに耳を近づけると、わずかに音が聞こえます。
しかし、それ以上の音は全く出ておりません。セッティングは間違っておりません。やはり故障しているのではないのでしょうか？
大変困惑しております。また、修理業者に確認してもらいます。

Thank you for your reply. I have double checked it. When I set the volume to the maximum and set my ear close to the speaker, I somehow hear little sound.
However, nothing more than that comes out. There's no error on the settings. I am getting sure it is defective.
I have a big trouble on this. I will ask repairman to confirm the issue.

Thank you for your contact. I have rechecked, when I turn the volume knob to full and place it near my ear I can hear some noise.
However, there is no more volume than that. There is no mistake with the settings. It is apparently a faulty product, correct?
I'm very confused by it. I will also have it checked by a repair outlet.

We checked it again.
If we hear close to the speaker by turning up the volume knob, we can slighty hear it.
However, we cannot hear other than that. it is not set wrongly. It must be out of order.
We are in serious trouble. We will ask the repair man to check it.
