”Estimated Delivery”

Supposing the estimated delivery date is January 1st. If the arrival of the item is after January 1, am I responsible for the delay?
I am shipping items from Japan, it may take time to arrive the item according to the situation of the weather of the customs. So I can not guarantee the items will arrive exactly an estimated delivery date.

Please let me know an Amazon page which corroborate your answer.

For example, January 1 is supposed to be the “estimated delivery dates. Shall I be responsible as a seller if the item is not delivered to customer.
Because I ship items from Japan using international delivery service, there are chances that the delivery takes time due to weather condition and custom’s clearance.
Therefore, I cannot guarantee that shipped item is delivered on or before the “estimated delivery date”

I am grateful if you could tell me your answer and Amazon’s description page which you have based on.

Estimated Delivery is Jan 1st. If the delivery is later than the 1st of January is there any responsibility to me as the seller?

I have sent the item from Japan via International Post, it will take some time to be delivered, depending on weather, taxation etc.
Therefore I can not guarantee the item will be delivered by the Estimated Delivery day

Please let me know the explanatory page on Amazon for a reply and reason.

Let's say the "Estimated Delivery" is on Jan. 1st. For I am the seller, am I responsible if the shipped item arrives after Jan. 1st?
I am shipping internationally from Japan, so it might take time for the arrival of the item depending on the weather or the customs.
Therefore, I cannot guarantee that the item will definitely arrive on the Estimated Delivery day.

Please give me the answer of the above question, and the explanation page of Amazon which explains it.

Were it my responsibility if the goods could not be arrived on January 1st in the case that the date of Estimated Delivery is on that day?
It sometimes takes a lot of days because I send them via international parcel delivery service, and it is depend on whether and customs procedures .
Therefore I can not always guarantee I can deliver on the Estimated Delivery day.

Will you present the pages on Amazon.com which is basis, please?
