”Estimated Delivery”が1月1日だとします。発送した商品の到着がこの1月１日を超えたらセラーである私に責任がありますか？
私は日本から国際発送をしているので、商品が天候や税関などにより到着するまで時間がかかる場合があります。
ですので商品を必ずしもEstimated Delivery dayに届けられると保証できません。

回答と根拠となるアマゾンの説明ページを教えてください。

Supposing the estimated delivery date is January 1st. If the arrival of the item is after January 1, am I responsible for the delay?
I am shipping items from Japan, it may take time to arrive the item according to the situation of the weather of the customs. So I can not guarantee the items will arrive exactly an estimated delivery date.

Please let me know an Amazon page which corroborate your answer.
