”Estimated Delivery”が1月1日だとします。発送した商品の到着がこの1月１日を超えたらセラーである私に責任がありますか？
私は日本から国際発送をしているので、商品が天候や税関などにより到着するまで時間がかかる場合があります。
ですので商品を必ずしもEstimated Delivery dayに届けられると保証できません。
回答と根拠となるアマゾンの説明ページを教えてください。
Estimated Delivery is Jan 1st. If the delivery is later than the 1st of January is there any responsibility to me as the seller?
I have sent the item from Japan via International Post, it will take some time to be delivered, depending on weather, taxation etc.
Therefore I can not guarantee the item will be delivered by the Estimated Delivery day
Please let me know the explanatory page on Amazon for a reply and reason.
