下記の通りお試しください。
1）まず、商品データをお客様のコンピュータにダウンロードし、保存してください。ダウンロードリンクはマイアカウント内の購入履歴ページ最下部にあります。（参照：FAQ）
2）データはZIP圧縮されています。一般的に、Windowsなら「右クリック→すべて展開」、Macならダブルクリックで解凍できます。
