・キャンセルおよびキャンセルリクエストの方法
①アカウントサービスで注文履歴を見るボタンをクリックします。
②商品をキャンセルするボタンをクリックします。
注: すでに発送されているご注文や、出荷準備中のご注文については 商品をキャンセルするボタンが表示されません。 キャンセルを希望している商品にキャンセルリクエストボタンが表示されている場合は、 5の手順をご覧ください。
-Before shipping
Instruction to cancel and request cancel;
1. Click "order history" in your account service page.
2. Click "cancel" appears alongside of items you would like to cancel.
*Please note that the cancel button does not appear if items have already been shipped or are in the process of shipping. If there is a cancel request button alongside of items you would like to cancel, please jump to the fifth step.
Pre-shipment
・How to cancel the order and how to generate cancel request?
① Click to view order history in the account service
② Click the button for cancel the item.
CAUTION: The cancel button shall not be displayed for items which have been already shipped and for items which are not ready for the shipment.
For an item which customers want to cancel are shown with the cancel request button, please see the procedure described in ⑤.
③キャンセルする商品にチェックを入れます。ご注文自体をキャンセルする場合は、すべての商品を選択してください。
④キャンセル理由を選択します。(任意)
⑤すでに出荷準備が始まっている商品のキャンセルを希望される場合には、キャンセルリクエストボタンをクリックします。
キャンセル後、アカウントのEメールアドレスに、確認のEメールが送信されます。
4. Select the reasons of your cancellation. (on a voluntary basis)
5. Click the cancel request button if you cancel items which are under provision for shipment.
After your cancellation, an e-mail to veryfy your cancellation will be sent to your e-mail address of your account.
④ Please select a reason(s) of cancel (optional)
⑤ When a customer wants to cancel an item of which shipping preparation is already in progress, please click the cancel request button.
After completing the cancel procedure, a confirmation email is sent to an email address which a customer registered.
④Select reason of cancellation(at your discretion).
⑤ If you request cancellation of the item, which has already been prepared for shipping, click the button of cancellation request.
After the cancellation, you will receive confirmation at your e-mail account by e-mail.
出荷後
BのカスタマーサービスにEメールでのキャンセル方法
・Eメール本文に、以下の情報を添えてご連絡をお願い致します。
・該当の注文番号、および商品名
・すでに出荷準備中の商品をキャンセルしたい旨
・キャンセルの希望理由
Eメールですと24時間以内の返答を目標に対応いたしておりますので、キャンセルのご希望についてより迅速な対応をご希望の場合、カスタマーサービスまでお電話でお問い合わせいただくこともご検討ください。
How to cancel via B's customer service by an e-mail.
- Attach following information to the body text of an e-mail.
- Corresponding order numbers and product names.
- Make a comment that items to be canceled are under preperation of shipment.
- The reasons you want to cancel.
- Our policy for cancellation via an e-mail is to treat it within around 24 hours.
Please consider to contact our customer service by telephone if you want to treat your cancel request more quickly.
Instruction to cancel orders through the customer service of B.
-Please send us an email with the following information;
1. The order number and the name of items you would like to cancel.
2. The notice of willingness that you would like to cancel items which are already in the process of being dispatched.
3. The reason why you request cancel.
In general, we respond your request via email within 24 hours but if you would like us to take quicker action, please call to the customer service directly.
How to notify cancellation to B's customer service by e-mail.
Please notify by attaching the following information in e-mail.
The order number and name of item
Fact that you would like to cancel the item that is already in the process of shipping
Reason why you would like to cancel
We handle customers by replying e-mail in 24 hours.
Therefore, if you request cancellation earlier than that, please consider inquiring
to customer service by telephone.
To cancel an order after shipment of an item, please send an email to the customer service of B with the following information.
・Order number and item name
・Intention to cancel an item which has already shipped
・A reason(s) of cancel an item.
Since our target in the response time of email is within 24 hours, if customers want to have immediate actions about cancelling an item, please consider to contact us by the telephone call.
なお、PCサイトをご利用の場合、出荷準備が開始された商品については、以下の方法で「キャンセルリクエスト」をしていただくことも可能です。
1. Bへログインして、アカウントサービスへアクセス
2. 「注文履歴を見る」をクリックし、サインイン
3. 該当の注文を確認し、出荷準備が始まっている商品のキャンセルをご希望の場合「キャンセルリクエスト」をクリック
キャンセル後、アカウントのEメールアドレスに、確認のEメールが送信されます。
1. Log in to B and access your account service page.
2. Click "order history" and sign in.
3. Check orders you would like to cancel, and if the items are waiting for being shipped, click "cancel request."
You will receive a confirmation email after you cancel.

2. Click to view “order history”, and then, sign in
3. Confirm the order concerned, and click the “cancel request” button if a customer wants to cancel an item of which shipping preparation is in progress,
After completing the cancel processing, a confirmation email is sent to your registered email address.
1. Log in B, and access to account service.
2. Click "See history of order", and sign in.
3. Upon checking the order, if you request cancellation of the item, which has already been
prepared for shipping, click "cancellation request".
After the cancellation, you will receive confirmation at your e-mail address of account by e-mail.
