この注文がキャンセルになった理由を教えて下さい。

添付した注文書通りに商品を購入します。
Aには専用のBとCが付属しますよね？
Aのセットとは別に、BとCはそれぞれ２つずつ注文しました。
Aはとても重たいので、輸送中のパーツ破損を何度か経験しています。
お手数をお掛けしますが、より厳重で丁寧に梱包して下さい。
前回の注文時に頼んだDなどの取扱説明書が同梱されていませんでした。
以下商品の取扱説明書を5枚ずつくらい送って欲しいです。

Please explain to me as to why this order has been cancelled.
Is it because the items are out of stock?
I would like to purchase the items as seen in the attached order form.
A comes with B and C which are dedicated to A, am I correct?
Apart from the set A, I have ordered 2 pieces each of B and C.
A is really heavy, and I have had several experiences of damaged parts during shipment.
Sorry for the trouble, but it would be appreciated if you could pack them more securely and carefully.
The instruction manuals that I requested when I placed my previous order was not included in the package for the items such as D.
I would like about 5 copies each of the instruction manual for the following items:
