問題点としては、アメリカ国内の卸業者A社の存在です。
当社と卸販売の契約を結んだ販売店でさえも、A社からの仕入れがメインに
なっており、当社の利用率は決して高くありません。日本マーケットから
得られるマージンを、貴社や当社ではなく、A社に取られている状況とも言えます。
何か良いアイディアがありましたらお聞かせ下さい。

Even for the sales shops which made wholesale contract with us, their major supplier is A and the rate of ordering with us is not so high. It can be said that the margin generated from Japanese market is occupied by A instead of you or us.
