問題点としては、アメリカ国内の卸業者A社の存在です。
当社と卸販売の契約を結んだ販売店でさえも、A社からの仕入れがメインに
なっており、当社の利用率は決して高くありません。日本マーケットから
得られるマージンを、貴社や当社ではなく、A社に取られている状況とも言えます。
何か良いアイディアがありましたらお聞かせ下さい。
