注文したXXXですが、同梱の状態が良くなかったらしく添付の写真の通り商品同士が接触して傷が付いてしまっていました。
今後はXXXを同梱する場合、梱包を工夫するようにお願いします。
XXXを別梱包して送料が多少増えるのも構いません。

The item XXX I ordered has some scratches as shown in the attached photo probably because the poor packaging made the items touch each other.
I would like you to make a good arrangement when packaging several XXX's together next time.
It's OK even if the shipping cost will be higher for separate packaging.
I will also take care about the items I order simultaneously.

As for XXX which I ordered, it seems that they were not packed in a good condition, as you check in an attached picture, the items were damaged due to contact with each other.
Please think out packing when you pack XXX after this.
There is no problem if you pack XXX separately and a carriage increases in some degree.
I will be careful with items which I order at the same time.
