保証期間は4年間、修理は当店より委託している日本の修理業者にて修理を行います。
機械不良・故障に関しましては、無償にて修理を承ります。
保証期間内であっても、お客様の過失による故障や外部の損傷等は有料修理となります。
修理の際に使用するパーツに関しては、全てメーカー純正部品を使用いたしま すのでご安心下さい。
修理後の保証は半年間になります。

Let me explain about the warranty in details.
The warranty period is 4 years and the repair will be done at our contract repairer in Japan.
All the mechanical related trouble and the failure will be fixed at no charge.
This warranty does not cover defects and trouble caused by misuse and the damage to the external parts, and the repair fee will be charged.
Please be assured that genuine parts will be used for any repairs.
The warranty period for repair will be 6 months.

It has a 6 to 10 years maintenance cycle which is longer than the old model.

Negative:
It is heavy on your arm but you’ll get used to it within 2 or 3 days.
It is thicker than the old model and may not fit in your shirt sleeves.

Increased thickness compared to the old model sometimes prevents the watch to insert under the sleeve.
