保証期間は4年間、修理は当店より委託している日本の修理業者にて修理を行います。
機械不良・故障に関しましては、無償にて修理を承ります。
保証期間内であっても、お客様の過失による故障や外部の損傷等は有料修理となります。
修理の際に使用するパーツに関しては、全てメーカー純正部品を使用いたしま すのでご安心下さい。
修理後の保証は半年間になります。

I would like to explain about warranty in detail.
The warranty period is four years and the repair will be done by a repairer who we entrust in Japan.
We will accept free repair for the defective mechanism and failure under the warranty..
However, a failure and/or damage to cosmic appearance due to by a customer’s mistake, we accept it as charged repair even under the warranty.
Please be at ease because we will use entirely genuine manufacturer’s parts if required in a course of the repair.
The warranty of repair will be a half-year after the date of repair starting a date stated on the warranty card.
