Unfortunately, we can only ship products to physical addresses within
the United States, US military APO/FPO addresses, Canada, and most U.S.
territories at this time. We would love to extend our products and
services outside of these areas. However, outrageous shipping costs and
the possibility of product incompatibility with non-US voltages have
created obstacles for US dealers attempting to service non-US
customers. In addition, many brand-name vendors (including Yamaha,
Roland, Gibson, Alesis, and others) do not authorize US dealers to ship
their products outside of these areas.
残念ながら、今回、商品の配送先はアメリカ国内の実質的な住所、米国軍事ＡＰＯ／ＦＰＯアドレス、カナダ及びアメリカ領土のほぼ全域に限らせていただきます。弊社の製品及びサービスをこれら以外の地域に広めたいのは山々なのですが、とんでもない輸送費と、アメリカとは異なる電圧の地域において製品が対応できない可能性があるため、アメリカ国内の取扱業者がアメリカ以外のお客様に対応する上で障害が生じております。さらに、ブランドの多くは（ヤマハ、ローランド、ギブソン、アレシスその他を含み）アメリカの取扱業者がこれらの地域外へ販売することを許可していないのです。
残念ながら送付先はアメリカ国内、アメリカ軍のAPO/FPO、カナダ及び現在のアメリカ領土の実際に存在する住所のみとなります。他の場所へも発送できるようにしたいと考えております。しかしながら高額な輸送料と、アメリカと異なるボルト数に適応されない場合があることを考えると、アメリカ国外へ出荷することが難しい状況にあります。さらに多くの有名ブランド（ヤマハ、ローランド、ギブソン、アレシス等）がアメリカのディーラーが国外で取引するのを拒んでいるのです。
For customers with international credit cards, we must be able to
verify both the billing and shipping addresses. If we cannot, we will
not be able to process the order.
We do accept Western Union Quick Collect payments for those who do not
have a credit card or those whose billing and shipping addresses are
unable to be verified. However, we must still ship to an address
within the US. Here's a link that explains how to pay by Western
Union.
