スキルがあれば5・6０時間で出来るものが、スキルがないと当初２００時間以上掛かるかもしれません。

私が一番困るのは仕事を渡した後に仕事を完成しないで辞められることです。

It would take over 200 hours without skills though it could be done in 50 or 60 hours with skills.
