先日販売した商品がUNCLAIMEDという事で返送されてきました。
お客様にそれを伝えた所、再度送って欲しいのと事でした。
この場合もう一度送料を払って頂く必要がありますがどの様にして送料請求をすれば良いですか?送料だけを請求する方法がありますか?
もしくは買って頂いた商品を一度キャンセルして頂き、もう一度同じ商品を購入して頂く。そしてその商品代金に再度掛かる送料を含めるという事でも良いですか?
