If you can't receive it this time, I expect it will take a while for it to be sent back to Japan.

I don't think I can resolve this trouble by money but may I suggest the following two proposals for your consideration?

1. I will refund the entire amount and I will offer you a $50 Amazon gift card in addition.

2. After the item is returned to Japan, I will send it back to you again. It may take up to a month for the item to be returned from the U.S. to Japan.

We cannot find the item you bought in Japan anymore.

I don’t think that the money can resolve this issue, but would you consider the following two options?

2. I will re-ship the item once I receive the return.
