First, I sincerely apologize for not being able to deliver the item as promised. I am really sorry. It is already Monday night so it may be difficult to have the item delivered by 9:30 am Tuesday tomorrow. However, you may be able to pick it up at the local USPS if you contact them. If it doesn't get delivered before your trip, please contact me. I will do everything I can to help.

That item is no longer available in Japan.
If you can't receive it this time, I expect it will take a while for it to be sent back to Japan.

I don't think I can resolve this trouble by money but may I suggest the following two proposals for your consideration?

1. I will refund the entire amount and I will offer you a $50 Amazon gift card in addition.

2. After the item is returned to Japan, I will send it back to you again. It may take up to a month for the item to be returned from the U.S. to Japan.
