7日に一度、24時間メタボリックケージ内で飼育し、その間採取した尿量と飲んだ水の量との相関関係について示しました。
SHRと18rPでは、飲んだ分が尿に出ています。
WPrは、食塩負荷21日目から飲んだ分に比べ尿量は少なくなりました。
そして1rPは線形にばらつきがありました。
これについて、腎不全が疑われましたが、尿蛋白量で有意差がありませんでしたので、再現性を確かめる必要があります。
For SHR and 18rP, all the amount of water intake was excreted as urine.
For WPr, the amount of urine became smaller compared with the amount of water intake from 21 days after the addition of salt.
Concerning 1rP, the line shape scattered.
From these results, we thought the possibility of kidney failure; however, there was no significant difference in the amounts of protein abundance, so reproducibility of the data must be checked.
各系統内での血圧平均の変化について検討しました。
図4のaについて、18rP以外の3系統については、28日間で有意に上昇しました。
図4のbは、各系統の食塩負荷前である0日目をコントロールとして、食塩負荷による血圧の変化を調べたグラフです。
その結果、食塩負荷後28日目との比較では、すべての系統で有意な上昇が認められました。
Figure4-a shows that the blood pressures appreciably increased for three samples except for 18rP during 28 days. (28日の間ですか?28日以後なら in 28daysまたはafter28 daysです)
Figure 4-b shows the change in blood pressure on salt loading with the value for each sample before salt loading (examination starting day) as the reference value.
As a result, for all samples appreciable increases were observed as seen by the comparison of the starting day value and those after 28 days.
About graphic No.4 a, it's showing 3 other phylesises except for 18rP, significantly increased in 28 days. Graph No.4 b shows the change of blood pressure caused by salt loading, which we set a controll on 0 th day which is before loading salt to each phylesises.
In the result, compare to after 28 days from salt loading, all phylesis's significant increase was approved.
( fig.4 a.) three sample groups except 18rP significantly increase blood pressure within 28 days.
Fig.4. b. is the graph that shows changes of blood pressure by salt loading,it is based on 0 day's data that is before salt loading as a control data.
The result shows, at 28 days after salt loading ,all sample groups shows significantly increase of blood pressure in comparison with control data.
次に、SHRをコントロール群とした系統間での血圧比較を行いました。
図の食塩負荷前の血圧比較では、WPrと有意な差が認められました。
しかし、食塩負荷後28日目の比較や、28日間で変化した血圧値の比較では、1rPと有意な差が認められました。
As shown in the figure, the comparison of the blood pressures before salt loading showed an appreciable difference compared with WPr. (ちょっと日本語のいみするところがわかりませんが)
However, as for the comparisons of the blood pressure values 28days after salt loading and of the change during 28 days, there was an appreciable difference with 1rP.
However, comparison of after 28 days of salt loading , and change of blood pressure level in 28 days, approved a significant difference to 1rP.
However, the comparison with 1rp 28 days after salt loading and the range of blood pressure variation within 28 days showed the significant difference.
各系統ごとに食塩負荷による尿蛋白量の変化について検討しました。
図6のaは縦軸に尿中総蛋白量、横軸に食塩負荷による飼育期間を示しています。
図のaを見ると食塩負荷14日目以降は全ての系統で尿蛋白量が増加しているのがわかります。
bについて、これは食塩負荷前の0日目をコントロールとし、食塩負荷をかけることによってどのように尿蛋白量が変化するのかを調べています。
Figure 6-a shows the total protein abundance in urine (vertical axis) and incubation period with salt loading (horizontal axis).
From Fig-a it is be seen that, for all samples, urinary protein abundance increased from 14days after salt loading.
Figure 6-b shows the change of urinary protein abundance with salt loading; the figure before salt loading (examination starting day) is set as a reference value.
Graph 6 a is indicating a feeding period with salt loading to rats. vertical axis is indicating protein level of urine, abscissa axis is indicating feeding period with salt loading. If you look at graphic a, you can see the level of uric protein had been increased in all groups, after 14 days of salt loading.
For graphic b, this shows our ongoing research of how uric protein level would affect by salt loading, controlling 0th day, before salt loading.
This is the study for the protein content fluctuation in each group during salt loading.

The graph a in the figure 6, the vertical axis indicates the total urinary protein content and the horizontal axis indicates the breeding period under the salt loading.
The graph a shows the increase of urinary protein content in all groups starting 14 days after the salt loading. Regarding “b”, we are studying how the urinary protein content varies by the salt loading referenced to the day before stating the salt loading as day zero (0) or the control.
18rPは、食塩負荷後7日目から有意な尿蛋白量の増加が認められました。
全体では、食塩負荷後21日目以降全ての系統で有意な尿蛋白量の増加が認められました。
次の図はSHRをコントロールとした、系統間での尿蛋白量を比較したものです。
SHRとの尿蛋白量比較の結果、食塩負荷前、負荷後28日目どちらも18rPと有意な差が認められました。
食塩負荷を与えた28日の間で変化した尿蛋白量を比較した結果についても、18rPとの比較で尿蛋白の有意な差が認められました。
Overall, an appreciable increase in urinary protein abundance was observed for all samples 21 days after salt loading.
Next figure shows the comparison of urinary protein abundance among samples taking SHR as reference.
As a result of the comparison of urinary protein abundance with SHR, there was an appreciable difference with 18rP, both before salt loading and after 28 days.
The comparison of the urinary protein abundance that changed during 28 days of salt loading also indicated an appreciable difference.
Next figure shows the comparison of the urine protein content with other groups while designating the SHR rat group as the control. It showed the significant difference between SHR rat group and the 18rP rat group at the time of before starting the salt loading and 28 days after salt loading.
The comparison between SHR rat group and 18rP rat group during the salt loading up to 28 days also showed the significant difference.
28日間の食塩負荷後はラットを解剖し、臓器を取り出しました。
その臓器が体重あたりに占める割合について図9に示しました。
SHRをコントロール群とし、系統間での比較を行いました。
腎重量については18rPと有意な差が認められ、腎重量が増加しました。
心臓では、WPrと有意な差が認められ、こちらは低くなる結果となりました。
Figure 9 shows the ratio of the weights of these body parts occupying the body weights of the rats.
Taking SHR as a reference group, comparison among the samples was made.
There was seen an appreciable difference with 18rP concerning kidney weights; kidney weights had increased.
For pump weights, an appreciable difference with WPr was seen; they had decreased.
