The graphs show the relationships between the volume of urine collection and the amount of water intake while breeding them in the metabolic cage for 24 hours at every 7 days. The urine content graph for SHR and 18rP showed almost identical amount between the intake and the discharge. WPr on the other hand, the amount in the urine content graph became smaller than the intake starting the 21st day. And, the content graph of 1rP started scattered around the prospected graph. The possible cause of scattering is considered to be a kidney failure but the amount of protein did not show the significant difference, so it will need to verify the repeatability. We considered the changes of average of blood pressure in each sample group.

The result shows, at 28 days after salt loading ,all sample groups shows significantly increase of blood pressure in comparison with control data.
Next, we compared blood pressure between the phylesises with SHR as a control group. As the graphic shows, we approved a significant difference to WPr. in blood pressure comparison of before salt loading.
However, comparison of after 28 days of salt loading , and change of blood pressure level in 28 days, approved a significant difference to 1rP.
We considered about change of amount of uric protein caused by salt loading for each group.
Graph 6 a is indicating a feeding period with salt loading to rats. vertical axis is indicating protein level of urine, abscissa axis is indicating feeding period with salt loading. If you look at graphic a, you can see the level of uric protein had been increased in all groups, after 14 days of salt loading.
For graphic b, this shows our ongoing research of how uric protein level would affect by salt loading, controlling 0th day, before salt loading. The 18eP rat group showed the significant increase of the urine protein content starting from 7 days after the salt loading. For overall observations, all groups showed the increase in the urine protein content starting 21 days after the salt loading.

Next figure shows the comparison of the urine protein content with other groups while designating the SHR rat group as the control. It showed the significant difference between SHR rat group and the 18rP rat group at the time of before starting the salt loading and 28 days after salt loading.
The comparison between SHR rat group and 18rP rat group during the salt loading up to 28 days also showed the significant difference.
The rat was dissected to remove the internal organ after completing 28 days salt loading. The figure 9 shows the percentage weight of the internal organ. The weight of internal organ is compared among groups while designating SHR rat group as the control. The comparison of the kidney weight between SHR and 18rP groups showed significant difference of the SHR group increased their kidney weight. Regarding the heart, the comparison of the heart weight with that of the WPr group showed the significant difference of the SHR group with lighter heart weight.
