7日に一度、24時間メタボリックケージ内で飼育し、その間採取した尿量と飲んだ水の量との相関関係について示しました。
SHRと18rPでは、飲んだ分が尿に出ています。
WPrは、食塩負荷21日目から飲んだ分に比べ尿量は少なくなりました。
そして1rPは線形にばらつきがありました。
これについて、腎不全が疑われましたが、尿蛋白量で有意差がありませんでしたので、再現性を確かめる必要があります。

The graphs show the relationships between the volume of urine collection and the amount of water intake while breeding them in the metabolic cage for 24 hours at every 7 days. The urine content graph for SHR and 18rP showed almost identical amount between the intake and the discharge. WPr on the other hand, the amount in the urine content graph became smaller than the intake starting the 21st day. And, the content graph of 1rP started scattered around the prospected graph. The possible cause of scattering is considered to be a kidney failure but the amount of protein did not show the significant difference, so it will need to verify the repeatability.
