2月4日現在で、まだ荷物がとどきませんので、発送状況を確認しようと思い、いただいた伝票番号を調べましたが見つかりませんでした。配送業者はどちらでしょうか？ EMSとTNTの両方をしらべましたが、どちらにもこの番号の荷物はみつかりませんでした。

It is now Feb 4th, but the package has not yet arrived. I have tried to check the shipment status, but the consignment number you gave me didn't come up anywhere. Which shipping company did you use? I have checked with EMS and TNT, but the number was not valid with either.
