Additional info: 個人輸入のトラブルです。住所違いの為、一度返送された荷物を送ったと連絡があり、consignment numberを送ってもらいましたが、検索できませんでした。

2月4日現在で、まだ荷物がとどきませんので、発送状況を確認しようと思い、いただいた伝票番号を調べましたが見つかりませんでした。配送業者はどちらでしょうか？　EMSとTNTの両方をしらべましたが、どちらにもこの番号の荷物はみつかりませんでした。
