①いただいた資料を検討した結果、two-way valveに何らかのトラブルが発生し、two-way valveのon-off動作の制御が一時的に出来ない現象が発生したものと考える。
②黒い粉についてはtwo-way valveの動作過多によるMotorのabrasion powder、又はMotor gearのabrasion powderと考えられる。

3. Cause
a. As a result of the investigation of the provided material, it is believed that some sort of trouble has occurred to the two-way valve as well as a phenomena where the two-way valve's on-off movement control became temporarily unavailable.
b. As for the black powder, it is believed to be the motor abrasion powder due to the excessive movement of the two-way valve or motor gear's abrasion powder.

③初期のバルブコントローラーのPID制御設定が、工場設備の増設による供給水の量、圧力、温度等の変化に追随できなかった可能性がある。
4.対策
①two-way valveを交換し、PIDの再調整(オートチューニングにて可能)を行う必要があると考える。
②two-way valveの損傷原因究明のためには、取り外したtwo-way valveをメーカーにて検査することが必要と考える。

c. There is a possibility that the PID control setting for the initial valve controller could not follow up the change of quantity, pressure, temperature, etc. of the supplied water by the additional construction of the factory equipment.
4. Measures
a. Replace the two-way valve to rearrange PID (available via auto tuning) is required.

主な原因はtwo way valveが損傷し、動作に不具合が発生し（バルブon-offの調整が出来ない）、chamberの室温が変動したと思われる。
具体的には、two way valveのモーターが損傷した可能性があると思われる。
