I have obtained a seller account of Amazon.com the other day. But I cannot log in with the correct e-mail address and password, and an error message for wrong e-mail or password shows. Even though I try to reset my password, the same error still appears despite I receive the completion message of change password. I tried numerous times, but failed to log in. I believe that the lens was not quite in as good condition as the listing indicated, specifically the note that "This lens works fine with no problems". In particular the mount damage results in a soft/blurry image on the left side of pictures, and there is an occasional connection problem to the camera body. I would like to request a return with full refund, or a partial refund of $60, which would cover the cost of a replacement lens mount.

I am following up on my message from yesterday. Upon closer inspection, it is obvious that the problems with the lens' function is due to the broken mount, which is preventing a stable connection to the camera body, and is somewhat crooked which is causing the softness in the lower left and upper right corners.
The mount itself is not only cracked but it is also crooked, likely as a result of whatever caused the crack. One screw connection of the mount to the lens frame is also broken, which prevents the mount from being secured to lens frame correctly.

A new lens mount costs approximately $60. The only way to mount it to the lens frame would be to use a strong adhesive such as crazy glue or JB weld, which would then make it extremely difficult to remove in the future if service was required.

Also, regarding the blanket of the pick guard, no problem was found at the time shipping, so I assume a trouble occurred during the shipping delivery.
