I have moved to other place after I made contract with Amex. The registered address is the old one.

I have request change address with Amex. But, the changes will be reflected on next month statement. It takes time to wait until that happen.

I have sent water bill with current address to URL above as it takes time to wait until next month. The bill is in Japanese. I don't have English version of it.

It has been a week after I sent the bill.

But the account is still suspended.

マルチチャネルについて質問です。

メディア商品についてはアメリカのFBA倉庫からマルチチャネルサービスを使用して世界中に送ることができます。
ところがカナダだけは例外で、メディア商品がメディア商品ではないと認識されているようです。

他の国へは問題なく送れるのでカナダへの送付についてだけシステムエラーが発生しているのだと思われます。
このエラーを修正して頂けますでしょうか？

特定の商品ではなく、メディア商品すべてがマルチチャネルサービスでカナダへ送れません。

The only exception is Canada, where it seems that media products are not media products.

Since it can be sent to other countries without any problems, it seems that a system error occurs only when sending to Canada.

YouTubeの動画を投稿した際、サーバーにいろいろな大きさのサムネイルを複数作ってしまうのですが、この大きさを制限することはできませんか？
例えば、450px以下のサムネイルを作る　等。

現状だと1000px以上のサムネイルも作ってしまうのでサーバー容量をかなり圧迫してしまいます。
もしくはサムネイルを1個も作らない方法でも構いません。

I apologize for asking many times.

When I upload youtube video, various size of thumbnails were created on the server, is there any way to limit the size.
For example, create a thumbnail below 450 px or less.

As for now, the thumbnail with 1000 px would definitely reduce the server space.
Or, procedure that doesn't require to make thumbnail.

Thank you for the reply. The problem has solved.

We cant reduced the VAT payment at this time because you were on flat rate scheme.

We are awaiting for HMRC to come back with the outcome of the audit which is still ongoing.

We have emailed them to find out if its finished but still in progress.



The reason why you are on the flat rate because your turnover was below the threshold 220,000 pounds but advantage is for the company who has standard rated sales so they calculate from all your net sales (in your case zero rated and standard rated net sales an multiplied 7.5% VAT rate which is payable to HMRC and you cant deduct any import VAT or purchases related to UK VAT return)

You were on flat rate scheme till Apr-19.

So any import documents dated after that period I can include on the return not before. So May, June, July 2019 import documents can include on the return so will reduce your VAT payment.

If you were on flat rate scheme we cant include anything dated before 30 April 2019 that’s HMRC rules.

So please send me C88 or C79 dated 1st May 2019 if you have any related to that periods.
