報告通り、全商品を確認し、同様の出品が無いか確認しました。その後、該当商品は削除処理を行ったのですが、削除ボタンを押すのみで削除された結果を確認することが漏れてしまっていました。（システム上の問題で削除しきれていなかったようです）。そのため、削除されたと思い込んでしまっていました。

今後は同様のことの無いよう、削除結果の確認までを徹底します。
